Pharmacist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support pharmaceutical services including receiving prescriptions, compounding, and preparing medicines
• Serve patients at the pharmacy counter, providing information on medicine types, prices, and alternatives
• Perform medication compounding, including dose calculation, mixing, packaging, and labeling
• Double-check prescriptions and invoices against original doctor orders to ensure accuracy
• Hand over medicines to patients and provide instructions on usage, storage, and side effects
• Manage pharmaceutical services for Corporate Insurance and Company Guarantee sections
• Monitor, store, and record inventory received from the pharmacy warehouse
• Conduct periodic checks of medicines and medical devices to ensure inventory suitability
• Collect operational data and prepare reports for management

Requirements

• Minimum High School Graduate from Pharmacy
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same field
• Proficiency in pharmacy technology, automated dispensing systems, and electronic health records
• High attention to detail for medication preparation and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain inventory efficiently
