Pharmacist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support pharmaceutical services including receiving prescriptions, compounding, and preparing medicines
• Distribute medicines in outpatient and inpatient pharmacy services
• Perform data entry, manage prescription timers, and confirm drug types/alternatives
• Execute drug preparation processes including dose calculation, mixing, and packaging
• Double-check prescriptions against invoices and prepared medications
• Manage inventory by recording goods received and leaving the inpatient unit
• Collect operational data and prepare reports for superiors
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training

Requirements

• Minimum D3 Pharmacy degree
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same field
• Proficiency in pharmacy technology, automated dispensing systems, and electronic health records
• High attention to detail for medication preparation and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain inventory efficiently
• Valid STR certification
