Pharmacist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive and process prescriptions from healthcare providers
• Assist pharmacists in compounding and preparing medications
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and medication dispensing
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing questions and concerns
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Comply with all relevant regulations, protocols, and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmacy (D3) or equivalent
• Active Pharmacist Registration Certificate (STR) in Indonesia
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software or electronic medical record systems
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations and drug interactions
• Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Empathy and patience when interacting with patients
• Understanding of local health regulations and guidelines in Makassar
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (new graduates are welcome to apply)
