Pharmacist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handle complaints from patients, doctors, and nurses regarding inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services
• Execute pharmaceutical service procedures in accordance with established policies and standards
• Manage monthly reports including drug stock, expiration dates, narcotic/psychotropic drug reports, and drug returns
• Monitor procurement, use, and maintenance of medicines and general pharmacy equipment
• Provide drug information services and education to staff regarding new or expiring medications
• Monitor refrigerator temperature, room temperature, and humidity to optimize drug storage
• Implement quality and safety practices and participate in required training

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (D3 Pharmacist)
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same field
• Proficiency in pharmacy technology, automated dispensing systems, and electronic health records
• High attention to detail for medication preparation and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks such as prescriptions and inventory management
