Responsibilities
- Provide pharmacy services including receiving prescriptions
- Perform compounding and preparation of medications
- Distribute medications in outpatient and inpatient pharmacy services
- Ensure patient medication needs are met according to hospital service and quality standards
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
