Pharmacist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Serve patients at the pharmacy counter including data entry, price confirmation, and payment processing
• Prepare and compound medicines by checking prescriptions, calculating doses, mixing, and packaging
• Double-check prescription copies and invoices against original doctor prescriptions to ensure accuracy
• Hand over medicines to patients and provide information on usage, storage, and side effects
• Manage pharmaceutical services for Corporate Insurance and Company Guarantee sections
• Monitor, store, and record pharmacy inventory and medical device stock
• Perform periodic checks of medicines and medical devices to ensure inventory suitability

Requirements

• Minimum D3 degree in Pharmacy
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar field
• Proficiency in pharmacy technology, automated dispensing systems, and electronic health records
• High attention to detail for medication preparation and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain inventory efficiently
