Pharmacist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Serve patients in the pharmacy inpatient unit regarding data entry, numerators, and prescription timers
• Carry out drug preparation and compounding processes including dose calculation and packaging
• Double-check prescriptions against invoices and prepared medication before delivery
• Hand over medication to doctors and provide information on usage, storage, and effects
• Manage inventory by checking, storing, and recording goods received and leaving the unit
• Perform periodic checks of medicines and medical devices for inventory suitability
• Ensure completeness and neatness of daily processed recipes
• Collect data and prepare operational reports for superiors
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training

Requirements

• Minimum D3 Pharmacy degree
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same field
• Proficiency in pharmacy technology, automated dispensing systems, and electronic health records
• High attention to detail for medication preparation and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain inventory efficiently
