Pharmacist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support pharmaceutical services including receiving prescriptions, compounding, and preparing medicines
• Serve patients at the pharmacy counter, providing information on price, type, and alternative medicines
• Execute the preparation and compounding process, including dose calculation, mixing, and packaging
• Double-check prescription copies and invoices against original doctor prescriptions
• Hand over medicines to patients and provide instructions on usage, storage, and effects
• Manage pharmaceutical services for Corporate Insurance and Company Guarantee sections
• Monitor, store, and record inventory received from the pharmacy warehouse
• Perform periodic checks of medicines and medical devices to ensure inventory suitability
• Collect data and prepare operational reports for superiors

Requirements

• Minimum D3 from Pharmacy
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same field
• Proficiency in pharmacy technology, including automated dispensing systems and electronic health records
• High attention to detail for accurate medication preparation and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks such as handling prescriptions and maintaining inventory efficiently
