Pharmacist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support pharmaceutical services including receiving prescriptions, compounding, and preparing medicines
• Serve patients at the pharmacy counter, handle data entry, and process payments
• Calculate doses, mix, package, and label medicines according to pharmaceutical standards
• Double-check prescriptions and invoices against original doctor orders to ensure accuracy
• Provide patients and families with information regarding medicine usage, storage, and effects
• Manage pharmaceutical services for Corporate Insurance and Company Guarantee sections
• Monitor, store, and record inventory received from the pharmacy warehouse
• Perform periodic checks of medicines and medical devices to ensure inventory suitability
• Collect data and prepare operational reports for superiors

Requirements

• Minimum High School Graduate from Pharmacy
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same field
• Proficiency in pharmacy technology, automated dispensing systems, and electronic health records
• High attention to detail for medication preparation and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain inventory efficiently
