Pharmacist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support pharmaceutical services including receiving prescriptions, compounding, and preparing medicines
• Distribute medicines in outpatient and inpatient pharmacy services
• Perform data entry, provide numerators, and confirm medication details for patients
• Execute drug preparation processes including dose calculation, mixing, packaging, and labeling
• Double-check prescriptions against invoices and prepared medications before distribution
• Hand over medication to medical staff with appropriate usage and storage information
• Manage inventory by checking, storing, and recording goods received and issued
• Conduct periodic checks of medicines and medical devices for inventory suitability
• Maintain completeness of daily recipes and process manual drug request forms
• Collect operational data and prepare reports for superiors
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training

Requirements

• Minimum D3 from Pharmacy or Vocational High School Graduate from Pharmacy
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same field
• Proficiency in pharmacy technology, automated dispensing systems, and electronic health records
• High attention to detail for accurate medication preparation and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain inventory efficiently
