Pharmacist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support pharmaceutical services including receiving prescriptions, compounding, and preparing medicines
• Distribute medicines in outpatient and inpatient pharmacy services
• Perform data entry, dosage calculations, mixing, packaging, and labeling
• Double-check prescriptions against invoices and prepared medication
• Hand over medication to medical staff with appropriate usage instructions
• Manage inventory by checking, storing, and recording goods received and issued
• Conduct periodic checks of medicines and medical devices
• Collect data and prepare operational reports for superiors
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend relevant training

Requirements

• Minimum Vocational High School Graduate from Pharmacy
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same field
• Proficiency in pharmacy technology, automated dispensing systems, and electronic health records
• High attention to detail for accurate medication preparation and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
