Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions
• Verify hard copy and digital prescriptions
• Communicate with healthcare professionals and manage the physician call line
• Supervise and execute incoming and outgoing prescription transfers
• Perform Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) to identify MTM eligible patients and clinical interventions
• Ensure all legal, privacy, and compliance requirements are met
• Embody company core values in all professional interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Current Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio
• Prior experience working as a Pharmacist

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a closed-door pharmacy environment
• Experience in a production pharmacy setting
