Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications in compliance with legal and professional standards
• Offer medication counseling to patients regarding treatments, side effects, and interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to manage tailored medication treatment plans
• Monitor patient health outcomes and coordinate prescription adjustments with medical staff
• Conduct training sessions for staff and patients regarding medication safety and wellness
• Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
• Stay updated on new developments in medications and pharmacy practice

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• 3 years of pharmaceutical experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
