Pharmaceuticals Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through customer-focused strategies
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Attend medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and market intelligence using CRM software
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Travel extensively within the Al Khor region to meet with clients
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and market insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and sales techniques
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of local healthcare systems and regulations in Qatar
• Valid Qatar driver's license
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Retail pharmacy sales
