Pharmaceutical Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, approve, and deliver training regarding disease state, treatment, product, marketplace, and sales skills
• Consult with Sales Leadership to identify training gaps and support organizational goals
• Build effective relationships across client and IQVIA organizations to provide impactful learning solutions
• Monitor course evaluations and compliance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate meetings and training sessions using effective platform skills to ensure consistent communication
• Travel to the field to coach individual Primary Care Sales Representatives
• Maintain current knowledge of product portfolios, marketplace conditions, and adult learning principles
• Utilize field reporting tools to improve representative business acumen and knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer
• 2 years of experience leading Sales Training operations for a national sales force
• Ability to travel more than 70% of the time
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of Field Pharmaceutical Sales and/or Management experience
• Demonstrated drive and initiative to meet goals and assignments
• Strong proficiency with technological resources including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
