About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and demonstrate deep knowledge of clinical disease states and treatment guidelines
- Effectively communicate product information and clinical differentiation to healthcare professionals
- Execute call plans and brand strategies by translating data into actionable insights
- Build and maintain credible relationships with Primary Care healthcare professionals
- Analyze territory data and trends to build insightful business plans
- Leverage multiple channels, including digital platforms and face-to-face engagements, to drive customer interactions
- Adapt to the AZ Selling Model to position products effectively while maintaining fair balance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-2+ years of demonstrated Sales, B2B, or Commercial experience
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to general practitioners (GPs) and primary care centers
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and primary care operations
