About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and conduct professional discussions with physicians and specialists to promote prescription (Rx) products.
  • Manage the sales territory through goal-oriented planning of revenue, potential, and activities.
  • Ensure compliant distribution and documentation of medicinal samples in accordance with the German Medicines Act (AMG).
  • Analyze market, competitor, and territory data to derive and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Organize and execute regional training sessions and educational events for medical professionals.
  • Build and maintain a strong strategic network with regional key opinion leaders.
  • Document all activities, sample distributions, and customer data accurately within the CRM system (Veeva).
  • Report adverse drug reactions (UAWs) within 24 hours in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (§ 75 AMG).
  • Extensive professional experience in Rx field sales.
  • Deep knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutic areas, and current clinical studies.
  • Strong communication and sales skills combined with scientific argumentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with medical professionals.
  • Driver's license (Class B) and a high willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Residence in or near the territory (Cham, Ingolstadt, Regensburg).
