Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive brand performance by engaging healthcare providers and key accounts within an assigned territory
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial objectives, and marketing goals
• Develop and implement effective call plans to ensure optimal coverage and frequency with key customers
• Articulate the client value proposition and maintain relationships with disease state experts and advocates
• Provide market intelligence to field and brand teams to refine strategy and execution
• Prepare pre-call strategies using SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations
• Address customer objections and facilitate mutually beneficial agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field
• Demonstrated history of sales success within relevant therapeutic areas
• Strong business acumen and proficiency with business tools
• Advanced strategic and critical thinking skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of Primary Care, Immunology, Dermatology, or Pharmaceutical Sales experience
• 3+ years of business-to-business sales, military, or healthcare sales experience
