Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and build relationships with medical specialists
• Execute B2B strategies to navigate complex office environments and reach decision-makers
• Articulate complex clinical data to medical professionals
• Maintain high daily activity metrics to exceed sales quotas
• Adhere strictly to healthcare compliance guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Currently employed in an outside B2B sales role for at least 2 consecutive years
• 2 to 5 years of successful outside B2B sales experience with a major company
• Documented sales results in the top 25% of peers
• High employment stability
• No prior pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
