Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and build relationships with medical specialists within a designated regional territory.
• Execute B2B sales strategies to navigate complex office environments and reach key medical decision-makers.
• Learn and articulate complex clinical data regarding FDA-approved CNS and respiratory treatments to medical professionals.
• Maintain high daily activity metrics to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Operate with high integrity while adhering strictly to healthcare compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Currently employed in an outside B2B sales role (e.g., office equipment, telecom, uniforms, payroll, advertising, or software).
• Minimum of 2 consecutive years in your current position.
• 2 to 5 years of successful outside B2B sales experience with a major company.
• Documented sales performance track record in the top 25% of your peers.
• Ability to perform daily local field travel within your territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Employment stability with a history of long-term roles (ideally no more than 3 jobs since college graduation).
