Pharmaceutical Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve service and sales goals by implementing marketing strategies within an assigned region
• Maintain and update target profiles and call records using CRM software
• Conduct live customer calls with Primary Care offices to provide in-office education and supply patient materials
• Analyze performance data and adjust business plans to meet metrics and objectives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive products
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, SOPs, and federal/state/local regulations regarding sample management and promotional activities
• Manage timekeeping, expense reports, and call activity submissions accurately and timely

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging customers
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize activities to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Background in military service, competitive sports, or leadership roles in extra-curricular activities
• Proven active listening and rapport-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
