Pharmaceutical Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve service and sales goals by implementing marketing strategies in the assigned Buffalo, NY region
• Maintain relationships with healthcare offices to provide patient materials, vouchers, and samples
• Conduct live customer calls with Primary Care offices to provide in-office education
• Analyze performance and adjust business plans and approaches to meet metrics
• Maintain and update target profiles and call records within the CRM
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, SOPs, and federal/state/local regulations regarding sample management and promotional activities
• Manage timekeeping, expense reports, and call activity submissions accurately and timely

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills, including live, virtual, and written engagement
• Ability to build rapport and demonstrate active listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Background in military service
• Experience in competitive sports or leadership roles in extra-curricular activities
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a field sales environment
