Pharmaceutical Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Strengthen key account relationships through regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs
• Engage with diverse stakeholders including physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital administration
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to assess business conditions and sales trends
• Drive utilization of targeted technologies across assigned accounts within the Urology division
• Develop and execute proactive service plans to maintain market share and enhance customer satisfaction
• Support professional education initiatives by participating in on-site and field training workshops
• Provide timely updates to the Regional Manager regarding business plans, competitive landscapes, and industry trends
• Manage expense and promotional budgets in accordance with company guidelines
• Leverage sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to optimize performance
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, customer interactions, and field reports

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of successful B2B sales experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Completion of a formal sales training program or a relevant degree
• Must reside within the assigned territory
