Pharmaceutical Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve service and sales goals by implementing marketing strategies in the assigned Orange County region
• Maintain relationships with healthcare offices to provide patient materials, vouchers, and samples
• Conduct live customer calls with Primary Care offices to provide in-office education
• Maintain and update target profiles and call records within the CRM
• Analyze performance and adjust business plans to meet metrics and objectives
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, SOPs, and federal/state/local regulations regarding sample management and promotional activities
• Plan, organize, and prioritize daily activities to meet service and sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
• Excellent active listening and rapport-building skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Background in military service
• Experience in competitive sports or leadership positions in extra-curricular activities
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and internal partners
