Pharmaceutical Representative Rx

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and conduct professional discussions with physicians and specialists to promote prescription (Rx) products.
• Manage the sales territory through goal-oriented planning of revenue, potential, and activities.
• Distribute and document pharmaceutical samples and professional information in compliance with the German Medicines Act (AMG).
• Analyze market, competitor, and territory data to derive and implement effective sales strategies.
• Organize and execute regional training sessions and educational events for medical professionals.
• Build and maintain a strong strategic network with regional key opinion leaders.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all activities and customer data within the CRM system (Veeva).
• Report adverse drug reactions (UAWs) within 24 hours in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in field sales for prescription (Rx) pharmaceuticals.
• Certification as a Pharmaceutical Representative according to § 75 AMG.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutic areas, and current clinical studies.
• Excellent communication and sales skills combined with scientific argumentation abilities.
• Valid Class B driving license and a high willingness to travel.
• Residency in or near the assigned territory (Aalen, Heidenheim, and Heilbronn).
• Highly organized, digitally competent, and able to work independently.
