Pharmaceutical Representative

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage territory and cycle plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in alignment with brand and national strategies
• Ensure strong daily execution through structured, data-driven territory management
• Develop a deep understanding of relevant indications, value propositions, diagnostic paths, and therapy algorithms
• Collect, analyze, and report market and customer insights from interactions and other data sources
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with physicians and other relevant healthcare professionals
• Deliver clear, persuasive, and medically sound information during personal customer dialogues
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry codes, and company values

Requirements

• Professional experience in specialty-care pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the field of Nephrology
• Proven track record of sales success and strong customer relationship skills
• Excellent communication, cooperation, and persuasion abilities
• Degree in pharmaceutical sciences, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification according to §75 AMG
• Good English language skills
• Valid driver's license and high willingness to travel within the assigned territory
