- Major in Mechatronics or a related field
- Possession of an Electrician certification or higher
- 3 years or less of professional experience

- Experience with pharmaceutical production machinery, electrical systems, or PLC
- Ability to review technical drawings and work with PLC systems
- Certification in mechanical equipment maintenance
- Academic excellence in a relevant major
