Pharma Sample Login Specialist

Responsibilities

• Register client order and sample information in the LIMS with test method and specification assignment
• Review documentation to ensure paperwork is properly filled out, including lot number verification
• Contact affiliates regarding missing or inaccurate information such as purchase orders or test clarifications
• Follow internal SOPs related to sample management, login processes, and documentation
• Validate accuracy of operational data in the LIMS and perform corrections in line with cGMP requirements
• Support operational improvement activities to enhance quality and efficiency
• Comply with SGS Code of Integrity, Professional Conduct, and QHSE policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical area
• 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in a laboratory setup
• Demonstrated understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+)

Preferred Qualifications

• General knowledge of chemistry, analytical techniques, and methodologies
• Experience with LIMS systems, specifically Labvantage LIMS
