About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct Ph.D. research on the virtual twin modeling of the heart and cardiotoxicity
- Work under the supervision of Dr. Nicolas Gallo and Dr. Kenza Benzeroual to align with CoE research initiatives
- Utilize advanced computational methods, AI, and in-silico modeling
- Document and present analytical research results
- Conduct independent research while working collaboratively with research advisors
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Ph.D. program
- Strong understanding of pharmacogenetics literature
- Technical expertise in Molecular Dynamics simulation using Discovery Studio
- Demonstrated working knowledge in one or more programming languages: Python, MATLAB, or C++
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative research team
