Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate structured practical training for trainees and new colleagues in neonatology
• Conduct learning level assessments, practical evaluations, and feedback discussions
• Further develop induction and instruction concepts and ensure compliant documentation

Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare and pediatric nurse
• Successfully completed practical instructor training (at least 200 hours)
• Profound theoretical and practical knowledge in neonatology
• Independent, careful, and reliable working style
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and team spirit
