Responsibilities

• Ensure the well-being and satisfaction of plasma donors
• Educate donors regarding the plasmapheresis process
• Assess donor eligibility based on specific admission and rejection criteria
• Perform venipuncture while strictly adhering to hygiene standards
• Recognize and provide initial treatment for donor reactions
• Document donor and equipment-related data both manually and electronically
• Operate, maintain, test, clean, and disinfect technical equipment in the donation area
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workspace

Requirements

• Completed training as a Nursing Assistant, Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, or Midwife
• Valid authorization for venipuncture
• Mandatory registration in the Health Professions Register (Gesundheitsberuferegister)
• Proficiency in German; English or other languages are an advantage
• First aid knowledge
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills
• High standards of quality and hygiene
• Good IT literacy and technical aptitude
• Several years of professional experience in a patient-facing environment is preferred
