Responsibilities

• Accompany withdrawal processes including admission, progress, and discharge management
• Monitor withdrawal symptoms and vital signs
• Implement medical orders and monitor medication effects/side effects
• Apply de-escalation techniques and manage milieu structure
• Lead psychoeducational or nursing therapy groups
• Perform structured interdisciplinary documentation

Requirements

• Vocational training as a healthcare and nursing professional (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in)
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to team collaboration
• Patient-centered approach
• Interest in professional development (e.g., acupuncture, relaxation techniques, aromatherapy)
