Requirements

• Completed vocational training in healthcare and nursing (e.g., Pflegefachmann/frau, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, or Altenpfleger)
• Reliable, independent, flexible, and organized personality
• Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care
• Experience with modern communication tools and hospital information systems
