Responsibilities

• Provide specialized and individual care and support for dialysis patients throughout all phases of treatment
• Advise dialysis patients and their relatives regarding medical issues, compliance, and nutrition
• Ensure all nursing care is accurately documented and meets quality standards

Requirements

• Qualification as a Registered Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), Nursing Specialist, or Geriatric Nurse
• Alternatively, training as a Medical Assistant (MFA), Paramedic, OTA, or ATA
• Strong sense of empathy and passion for patient care
• High level of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
• Previous experience in dialysis is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential
