Responsibilities

• Plan holistic nursing care including basic and treatment care
• Promote patient resources, structure, and participation in daily life
• Lead nursing therapy offers and accompany group activities
• Ensure structured documentation and evaluate nursing goals
• Coordinate workflows interdisciplinary with all professional groups

Requirements

• Vocational training as a nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in / Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann)
• Engaged and highly organized
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Patient-centered approach
• Interest in professional development (e.g., acupuncture, relaxation techniques, aromatherapy)
