Pflegefachkraft Intensivstation

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic and guideline-based intensive care for critically ill patients
• Monitor ECG, invasive access, and vital parameters to detect changes early
• Manage ventilation, weaning, analgeso-sedation, and airway management
• Act routinely in emergencies such as resuscitation and acute crises
• Perform digital documentation and maintain hygiene and quality standards

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist or health and nursing professional
• Ideally specialized in intensive care and anesthesia or willing to undergo training
• Proficiency in using medical technology (ventilators, infusion pumps, monitoring, dialysis)
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and take responsibility
• Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
