Responsibilities

• Plan holistic and guideline-compliant care for elderly patients
• Manage medication by implementing medical orders and monitoring effects/side effects
• Ensure structured documentation and continuous evaluation of care goals

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann) or health and nursing professional
• Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork
• High level of empathy and social competence
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively
