Responsibilities

• Plan holistic and guideline-compliant care for elderly, multimorbid patients
• Promote mobility through everyday activation and fall prevention
• Manage medication by implementing medical orders and monitoring effects
• Coordinate interdisciplinary therapies such as Bobath or pain management
• Ensure structured documentation and continuous evaluation of care goals

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann), health and nursing specialist, or geriatric nurse
• Interest in working with elderly, multimorbid individuals
• Patient, empathetic, and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work interdisciplinary and use specialized therapy concepts
