Pflegefachkraft

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct medical initial intake and support medical examinations
• Act as a primary contact for residents' health concerns with empathy and patience
• Coordinate outpatient care structures and schedule appointments with external specialists
• Assist in medical consultations, including treatments and medical documentation
• Provide high-quality activating care and guidance for relatives

Requirements

• Completed and recognized nursing qualification in Germany (e.g., Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Altenpfleger, or Pflegefachkraft)
• Experience in outpatient care or medical first aid is preferred
• Strong empathy and intercultural sensitivity
• Resilience, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
