About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and conduct medical initial intake and support medical examinations
- Act as a primary contact for residents' health concerns with empathy and patience
- Coordinate outpatient care structures and schedule appointments with external specialists
- Assist in medical consultations, including treatments and medical documentation
- Provide high-quality activating care and guidance for relatives
Requirements
- Completed and recognized nursing qualification in Germany (e.g., Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Altenpfleger, or Pflegefachkraft)
- Experience in outpatient care or medical first aid is preferred
- Strong empathy and intercultural sensitivity
- Resilience, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in German (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
