Requirements

• Trained nursing professional (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Krankenschwester, or Altenpfleger)
• Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work style
• Empathic communication skills and enjoyment of patient contact
• Willingness to work in shifts and provide flexible support
