Pflegefachkraft Dialyse

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized and individual nursing care and support for dialysis patients during all phases of treatment
• Independently connect and disconnect patients to modern dialysis machines according to the schedule
• Monitor vital signs during the night shift to ensure patient safety
• Advise dialysis patients and their relatives regarding compliance, nutrition, and other related issues
• Ensure all nursing care is accurately documented

Requirements

• Qualification as a Registered Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), Nursing Specialist (Pflegefachmann/-frau), or Geriatric Nurse (Altenpfleger)
• Alternatively, experience as a Medical Assistant (MFA), Paramedic (Notfallsanitäter), OTA, or ATA is welcome
• Willingness to learn specialized dialysis procedures
• Availability to work night shifts (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 19:30 to 06:00)
• Previous experience in dialysis is not required but is a plus
