Responsibilities

• Care and support of assigned patients
• Empathic and caring nursing following principles of palliative medicine and care
• Preparation and implementation of therapeutic and diagnostic measures
• Application of therapeutic nursing concepts such as Basale Stimulation, Aromapflege, and Kinästhetik
• Psychosocial support for patients in the final stages of life and their relatives
• Support in grief management
• Collaboration with other wards and professional groups within the hospital

Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Completed further training in Palliative Care or willingness to complete it
• Several years of professional experience preferred
• High social commitment and empathic demeanor
• Willingness for professional development
