Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor trainees
- Design and implement instructional situations
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary treatment team including doctors and therapists
Requirements
- Trained nursing professional (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in or Pflegefachfrau/mann)
- Completed practical instructor training (Praxisanleiter) or strong interest in obtaining it soon
- Desire to actively participate in the setup of a new ward
- Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and creativity
- Communicative, resilient, and empathetic with good social skills
