Responsibilities

• Manage treatment care and provide holistic support for adolescents and young adults transitioning to adult psychiatry
• Shape daily structures, lead DBT/SBT skills training, and implement psychoeducation and individual interventions
• De-escalate crises by recognizing risks early and applying de-escalation strategies
• Coordinate networks with doctors, psychologists, social services, schools, and relatives
• Ensure structured documentation in the Hospital Information System (KIS) and participate in quality development

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (e.g., healthcare, pediatric, or geriatric nursing)
• Ideally specialized training in psychiatry or additional qualifications such as DBT, Adherence, or SBT
• Strong organizational skills and passion for psychiatric nursing
• Empathic, reliable, and structured way of working
• Proficiency in using modern communication tools and hospital information systems
