PFEP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Material Flow Plan of Record, including delivery man assignments, internal routes, and dock-to-line flow
• Perform material flow analysis including inbound delivery methods, dock and trailer analysis, and gate capacity studies
• Maintain updated PFEP information including containers, scrolls, min/max levels, and supplier/transport data
• Define internal delivery methods such as forklift, AGC, conveyor, small-lot, and over-the-road
• Execute simulations, congestion analysis, density reviews, and flow scenario evaluations
• Manage open issues, checklists, Kaizen Journals, and storage information
• Support Change Management processes related to containers, scrolls, routes, and POR updates
• Prepare and track KPIs related to FIFO, Fork-Free, dock utilization, storage utilization, kits, and sequenced parts

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in PFEP, Material Flow, or Logistics Engineering
• Proficiency in Flow Planner, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Excel and Access)
• Knowledge of ODCICS2 systems (Engineering & EBOM)
• Ability to interpret routes, densities, delivery methods, and warehouse configurations
• Strong analytical, organizational, data management, and communication skills
