Responsibilities

• Delivering professional grooming services tailored to each pet’s needs
• Building and maintaining a loyal client base through excellent service and communication
• Applying advanced grooming techniques, including contemporary cuts, coloring, and styling
• Collaborating with veterinary, daycare, and retail teams to enhance the overall pet care experience
• Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and promoting all center services

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a professional groomer
• Expertise in modern grooming practices and animal behavior knowledge
• Strong interpersonal abilities and passion for pet grooming
• Physical stamina to handle pets of all sizes
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Fear Free, HABRI, or Low-Stress Handling certification
• Experience grooming cats
• Continuing education or certifications in pet grooming
