About the role
Responsibilities
- Educate pet parents and shoppers about pet nutritional needs and product benefits
- Proactively engage customers in pet retail stores and promote product sales
- Hand out samples and marketing materials in-store
- Collect shopper feedback and support direct marketing enrollment
- Work with store personnel on product knowledge, inventory, and displays
- Provide feedback to supervisors and clients on store performance and audits
Requirements
