About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality PET-CT scans ensuring accurate image acquisition
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals
- Operate PET-CT equipment and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, and multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and training of junior staff
Requirements
- BSc in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or equivalent
- HCPC registration
- Substantial experience in PET-CT imaging at Band 6 level or above
- Competence in handling and administering radiopharmaceuticals
- Strong understanding of radiation safety and imaging protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Siemens or GE PET-CT systems
