Pest Technician

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate treatment methods for pest infestations
• Manage customer expectations regarding treatments and follow-up
• Conduct property inspections to identify signs of pest activity
• Complete all necessary service documentation and paperwork
• Coordinate with office staff for scheduling and service delivery
• Apply pesticides safely following all label instructions and protocols
• Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
• Identify and present sales opportunities for additional services
• Adjust treatment plans based on infestation size and scope

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of pest control experience
• Certified Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicators license
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and lifting equipment
• Understanding of pest behavior and safety protocols
