Personnel Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure transparent, efficient, and audit-proof organization of all production training
• Maintain, administer, and further develop the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Organize and assign roles for the structured onboarding of new employees
• Maintain training statuses, curricula, reports, and the qualification matrix
• Ensure data quality and full traceability
• Track training needs and training backlogs
• Perform KPI analysis and reporting for relevant interfaces
• Plan, coordinate, and track training sessions including slots, trainers, rooms, and line times

Requirements

• Completed technical, scientific, or commercial training or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in a production or training environment
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High understanding of quality standards
• Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style
• Proficient in MS Office and LMS systems
• Very good German and good English skills
